About these terms

This website is operated by Vostad Labs Pvt. Limited, GF No 7/27, South Cross Street, Neelasandra, Bangalore North, Bangalore, Karnataka 560047, India (“Grid to Chip”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept these terms. Licence agreements and sponsorship agreements are separate documents and take precedence over this page where they differ.

Use of the site

You may use the site to read its public content, to request access, to register for a summit and to subscribe to the Briefing. You may not copy, scrape, republish or redistribute the site’s content, including the Grid to Chip 100, except for brief quotation with attribution to Grid to Chip and a link to the page quoted.

Accuracy of information

Grid to Chip records, reports and the Grid to Chip 100 are compiled from the sources and by the method described on the Methodology page. We take care to make them accurate and we correct them on evidence, but they are a record of what was on record at the date of verification, not a guarantee of any project’s future, and they are not investment, legal or engineering advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Intellectual property

The Grid to Chip record, the reports, the Grid to Chip 100, the site’s text, design and marks are owned by us. Nothing on this site grants a licence to them other than as stated in these terms or in a signed licence agreement.

Access and report licences

An access licence permits the named users of one organisation to use the editions, data files and change logs for that organisation’s internal purposes for the licence term. It does not permit redistribution, resale, publication of the data or its use to build a competing product. A report purchase permits internal use within the purchasing organisation. Full terms are in the licence agreement sent with every request for access.

Summit registration

Passes are personal to the named delegate and are confirmed by email after review. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. The early rate applies to registrations received by the date stated on the summit page. The team rate applies to three or more passes from one organisation in one registration. Complimentary places for regulators and government bodies are subject to our review. Vendors and OEMs attend through sponsorship packages. Substitutions are free at any time before the summit. Cancellations received by the date stated on the summit page (for Abu Dhabi, 19 December 2026) are refunded less a 10% administration fee. After that date no refund is given; a colleague may be substituted.

Conduct at summits

Sponsor presence, speaking and demonstrations at summits take place within the arrangements made with sponsors. Delegates who use sessions for solicitation may be asked to leave without refund. Recording of sessions is not permitted without our written consent. Statements made in closed sessions are not for attribution unless the speaker agrees.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on the site’s content, from changes to a summit programme, speakers or venue, or from events outside our reasonable control. Where a summit is cancelled by us, our liability is limited to the refund of the pass price paid.
